I think it might be changing soon. Our vulnerability in supply lines is now clear to anyone even remotely thinking about the issue.

I'm going to go full cynic here and say that our billionaires are now stuck with a choice: either move to China or stay in the West. Since I think they'll stay in the West, they'll now start changing the cultural narrative. They already made their money on Chinese labor, so they got what they wanted from pushing this tolerance. They can now switch to robotics and bring a lot of production back (oh. . . jobs at Western wages? I'll believe those when I see them and will be happy if my cynicism was overblown).

They want to get on China's good side so that they have a new host to flee to when SHTF in America. They've been sucking this nation dry, and they see the writing on the wall.

The big yahoo of Israel said he would suck the USA so dry that its remains would blow away as dust in the wind, or some shit like that.

Most of the really rich have estates in New Zealand or South America. Uruguay and Paraguay and other places.

on the one hand china makes a lot of cheap junk for us and that helps keep wages here down, which the rich like. But the most important thing to them is untapped potential to sell stuff to china's market, they have a middle class.

they have a middle class.

They do now. I think we can both agree that the relationship is due to be renegotiated.

it's like when the english wanted to sell opium to the chinese, that was an untapped market for them. This has gone on for a long time. The ruling party members of china are corrupt and like luxury so they make a lot of capitalistic deals.

THE BILLIONAIRES of the West sold their entire economies TO THE CHINESE.

Let's jail the billionaires first. Then seize their money and distribute every single penny equally among the population. Then never let the billionaires out of jail. EVER.
