Dried potato flakes (instant potatoes) are an excellent source of nutrients, they're cheap, cook fast, and they store forever.

Speaking of cooking fast, a couple of things in that list take forever to cook, especially beans but also the rice. And anything that needs to be cooked will need fuel.

Whole-wheat –Crackers

That one doesn't make a lot of sense to me. If you want fiber get a big jar of metamucil, it doesn't have a shelf life.

This is nothing more than completely unnecessary nonsense. Seriously, what are going to do when we come for ...I mean when the Russians come for you? Are you going to throw a can of corn at us...I mean them(Russians)?

We won't throw corn. Just lead.

Little problem with the list, Wheat flour. Once you've opened it, keeping flour refrigerated can extend its shelf life to eight months, and it has 2.5 grams of Fat that cut's it's shelf life to 6-8 months.
