Medically speaking, especially when it comes to treatments, you're still either male or female.

And it's critical to know which since for some treatments this has very serious health consequences. Doctors simply don't give a shit what you "identify" as except to the extent they need to coddle your mentally ill sorry asses to maintain professionalism and not have the TQ+ try to sink their career in the name of wokeness.
