Voila. It's a personality disorder, and depression .

The exact cause varies.

AGP men have a severe pathological paraphilia combined with narcissism. Most have no normal sexual orientation, just their disordered obsession, like other severe paraphiliacs.

HSTS is usually a combination of childhood deprivation and growing up with internalized homophobia.

Most TIF’s are dealing with either severe homophobia if they’re lesbians, or have abuse histories (often CSA).

But it all comes down to be a trauma of some sort, which depression and POD are only some of the symptoms.

For the most part, yes. I suspect that AGP’s would probably have developed some sort of pathology no matter what, which is why they’re also the most dangerous and unhinged in the trans movement. Maybe it wouldn’t have been this EXACT pathology, but that underlying narcissistic trait is very strong in them, and is often inborn.

they are also 98% of the trans movement.

Also, chemical imbalances in the toxic environment.

Fuck the climate change scam, there are real environmental and food/drug issues that need addressing.

chemical imbalances

That one was actually just a hypothesis that didn't work out.

There are real chemical imbalances, they're severe metabolic disorders. The pop psychology model of chemical imbalances doesn't hold. Still, an unfortunate number of medical professionals aren't up to date.

As a person who not only suffers from mood issues, and having half a brain, I know for a fact chemicals impact me profoundly, like all living things. A potato is made of chemicals. The air is made of chemicals. Everything is chemicals. Imbalances happen - from our exercise or lack thereof to the food we choose to ingest to the toxins in our environment or plastic bottles or your soy milk. The frogs aren't gay for no reason.

Fantastic, since you have intuited these things I'll tell all the scientists to go home.

Show me evidence there are chemical imbalances. Not theory, not speculation. Proof anyone ever with depression was measured and found to be lacking specific neurotransmitters.

Without getting into potential effects, aren't chemical imbalances possible? Like if you somehow had zero salt intake, it would seem that you would end up being unbalanced in your salt levels. Yes?

Specific effects would probably vary, based on numerous factors.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Chemical imbalances are possible but they're severe metabolic disorders.

Sometimes I wonder if somebody with a loved one who had one of these rare disorders faked antidepressants as being useful for depression to develop the medications. There is no evidence that ever happened however.

The SSRI's stuff was garbage poison for me. That was an artificially created imbalance. They poisoned me for years until any of them bothered to get a blood sample from me only to discover that my vitamin D levels were "in the basement". Vitamin D helps a lot as is evidenced by no shortage of documentation, as is ketamine for chronic depression. But these and other solutions aren't profitable for Big Pharma.

If my living testimony isn't proof enough you can go fuck yourself.

Fuck no, not when it affects millions of people. Need hard facts not feelings.

Do your own homework. I told you what to look up.

The same Lisa Littman study I mention in another post also found higher rates of depression in US "transgender" kids than average.
