Where are the open and honest eugenics movements in 2021?

Probably China. "Open eugenics" isn't compatible with the liberal Western dogma of equality.

Probably China.

Probably.

Fun fact: "Communist" China got their financing and dogma from Yale and the Rockefeller's.

liberal Western dogma of equality.

These are conservative values.
Enlightenment values.
Self-evident.

Edit: The political career of Mao, Yale and the “reorientation of thought” (2020)

On the Yale Daily News (February 29, 1972), the oldest college newspaper founded in 1878 in Yale, one of the first American universities (1701), on the front page in the central article at the top there is a photo of Mao, the Chinese leader of the “great leap forward”.

According to the Jews, 85-90% of the foreigners giving aid to the Communists during the Chinese Civil War were Jewish. But since Jews can't pass as Chinese the same way they can pass as White people, China has largely resisted Jewish subversion.

Conservatives are retarded and the Enlightenment was a mistake. Regardless, the Founding Fathers didn't literally believe that people were equal, just that they have equal moral worth. "All men are created equal" was a dismissal of the Divine Right of Kings. The same people that wrote those words, however, continued to own African slaves, and never believed that they should hold citizenship or equal rights. What is self-evident is that I am not a better swimmer than Michael Phelps. I could never be a better swimmer than Michael Phelps, even with all the steroids in the world. Michael Phelps is endowed with a unique physiology which makes him particularly adept at swimming. Same goes for Usain Bolt and sprinting. Equality is a false god.

"All men are created equal" in the eyes of God. The only one who can judge people on the merits of a human life.

What is self-evident is that I am not a better swimmer than Michael Phelps.

These are transient human standards.

A kid solves a problem. His mind is rewarded with pleasure. His brain, in pursuit of more pleasure, restructures itself to be better at finding and solving problems. Providing this kid keeps his heart steady and continues enjoying solving problems, his brain will keep growing better and better at it, until he can solve any problem effortlessly.

All cells in our body constantly mutate. When a kid does a cool trick, his cells experience stress. Cells that are less compatible with this trick, experience more stress, die sooner. Cells that are more compatible with this trick, prosper, live longer, multiply. This way, by repeatedly doing the same trick, this kid can direct the evolution of his body, like a land directs the evolution of its creatures. Until this trick become as natural as breathing.

This way, as long as we keep our heart steady and love what we do, everything should be achievable. For every creature.

Providing this kid keeps his heart steady and continues enjoying solving problems

The thing is, some people are much more naturally inclined to engage in problem-solving. And some are capable of picking concepts up much more quickly. Someone for whom both of these are true will get further than someone with neither, every single time.

All cells in our body constantly mutate.

There's a difference between adaptation (which can be helpful) and mutation (which you definitely don't want). But adaptation can only go so far.

When a kid does a cool trick, his cells experience stress. Cells that are less compatible with this trick, experience more stress, die sooner. Cells that are more compatible with this trick, prosper, live longer, multiply.

This isn't really how learning works. Neurons can get wired together in different ways, and pathways can emerge, but they're not supposed to multiply. In adulthood, most cells are not naturally capable of replication. When they do, it's usually a problem.

This way, as long as we keep our heart steady and love what we do, everything should be achievable. For every creature.

There are limits imposed by genetics, biology and nature - which we must respect. It doesn't matter how much you want it, a wolf can't be healthy living off of grains and berries. You'll never teach a donkey calculus.

Leaning works through pleasure, the brain is a drug addict. Reward it for what you want, and every tendency can be changed. Fail to reward it, and see it degrades.

I was talking about DNA mutations. DNA in our cells begins changing before the birth. These changes, eventually, make our cells incompatible with each other and are one of the causes of old age. Controlled stress is the door to controlled evolution, it kills cells that are worse for what we do. It can't stop aging, since every biological problem can be solved through an infinite number of ways, but it will make all your cells more compatible with your goal.

Time is the limit, not biology. The nature of nature is constant change.
