What do you think about this sub having a custom top banner? (suggestion attached)

If only this sub had mods they would be able to do that.

Yeah, a banner, rules, and faq would all be nice for this sub, but unfortunately it doesn't have a mod. Whoever created it unmodded themselves and disappeared for some reason.
