Before the Reddit purge, I felt as though the /r/Superstraight and affiliated super communities were inclusive, reasonable, intelligent and accepting of other people. I felt it was purely an ideological difference that caused the cancellation, and the fever-pitch mania that the trans activists have reached. I thought these communities being removed from Reddit was unreasonable, and unfair.

Open racism, incitement to murder, Nazism, and blatant homophobia. These posts have been up for several days, so clearly you all don't mind?

So which is it? You're all actually secretly homophobic racist nazis and Reddit identified the subtext correctly? I just want to know what kind of world I actually live in.

I’m literally LGB, and I started this work on the coercion culture in the LGBT years ago to protect my fellow LGB (look up the LGB Alliance). The superstraights just took a while to catch up.

Assholes exist. I can’t make them not exist. They exist everywhere, and they probably exist in higher-than-normal concentration on a website that exists purely due to its relative lack of censorship compared to alternatives. Also, keep in mind we get a lot of trolls who want to sabotage us. Call me jaded, but you have that whiff about you yourself.

Here’s my question.

Why is it that the trans community can openly push conversion therapy on gay people for years, and no one really cares...

But a few troll assholes emerge, in between the tens of thousands of normal decent people in our consent-based movement, and you’re asking if we’re Nazis?

Since "the shift" in 2016 I'm fairly sure the T in LGBT stands for Trojan Horse. I'm furious that for all the oppression and misery the gay community had to endure for decades hundreds of years, we had about 5 minutes of peace before the trans lobby went completely insane and poisoned our progress.

I believe that post removal works differently on Saidit because the site doesn't believe in censorship and it tries to be more transparent on its moderation actions. Certainly not. Only people I don't like are assholes and people giving me a hard time. And then it doesn't matter what their orientation is. I see people like these regularly, they jump on the bandwagon to discredit the movement and have some fun on the cost of others. In my opinion, not representative for the movement.

I went through their post history and I think it's either a kid with too much time or a TRA with too much time on their hands. Their wording and incessant blabbering about "trannies" makes me think it's the latter.

I made a post earlier about a person claiming to be super straight and supportive of the movement, but then use the nazi flag from 4chan as their twitter profile banner.

Just another TRA trying to discredit the movement. It's all just hate. Not even valid criticism, if you were to consider it.

It's hard times for us right now, but the trolls will go away someday and the genuine supers will stay.

To be honest, I don't really want to go through that comment chain. Also the vocabular that they use is way above my own english skills, so trying to read them is one thing, understanding the other. So at the moment, I have no opinion on them.

Look, I’m a gay man, and I never got the impression that this subreddit is was homophobic. Yes, maybe some of the people there are homophobic, but so what? Homophobic people are always going to exist. I just don’t talk to homophobic people unless I have to interact with them, in which case I don’t talk about the subject of homosexuality. If a homophobic person brings up the subject with me, I speak my mind, explain that homosexuality is like being left handed - ie, natural and rare, and leave it up to the person to decide what to believe. I will leave the homophobic person alone if he or she leaves me alone and let’s me live my life. But I do agree that EVERYBODY should leave children alone - no discussion of anything sexual, whether homo or hetero, in front of children. No promotion, of course, what’s there to promote? Gay people are just there. No drag queen story hour, no sex education in primary schools, no mentions of words like homosexual, heterosexual, bisexual, queer, gay, straight or lesbian in children’s media.

I want to add that because Saidit is much less censorious than Reddit, homophobic people will speak their minds here. They were still on Reddit. They were just silent. My only warning though, is that you should not let hooligans poison the well and make the movement look bad. That is all.

Reddit is a racist pedophile website. If you're white, you have to accept all kinds of stupid slurs & demonizing memes. Even worse if you're a right leaning white. And if you're a nazi, then you're less than human.

I'm not a part of this conversation, but technically the citizens of the US are forced by proxy of US government decisions to provide funding TOWARDS Israel, and many laws have been put into place that protect Israel. You can take from that what you will, I'm just giving information.

I don't know terribly much about it. I'm not a huge fan of sending out foreign aid towards nations that don't really provide anything in return though. Maybe they do provide something, I'm just not aware of what it is.

Why the obsession with Judaism?

Catholicism is a universal religion.

Communities on Reddit were banned, because it was not possible to control them and moderators were very effective against provocations. Now, in much smaller alternatives, it's easier for brigading and shitposting. Of course there are some real dumbfucks too (i.e. Nazis) but they were here long time before.
