    This is why, as a gay man, I can no longer support LGBTQ+ politics. I don't hate trans people, but when you start demanding policies like puberty blockers for young children, male-bodied athletes in women's sports, and the silencing of people who object to coerced consent or who simply have a different point of view on what is obviously a very controversial topic, I'm no longer on your side. Years ago, I was a field volunteer for the Human Rights Campaign; today, I wouldn't give them a dime.

      Being older, one thing I know more about that the kids who are promoting LGBTQ+ gender ideology is what happens down the road. I've known several older trans people who have told me privately that they regret transitioning -- especially the surgeries -- and wish they hadn't done it, but they feel stuck with their decision. I think in a few years, we're going to end up with a lot of people regretting their decisions, made at a young age, to make irreversible changes to their bodies. For some of them, transition produces an initial "euphoria," but that fades with time. One of my friends in grad school transitioned FTM and eventually committed suicide.

      Yes, I've previously pointed that out myself. Who's more focused on genitals? It's enough hypocrisy to make your head hurt.

      A) You need to unlearn your genital preference.
      B) Please contribute to my GoFundMe so I can have my testicles removed.
