I've already experienced this in several places who hire based on affirmative action. It's pretty obvious when customer service is slow and uninterested, and then you go to a place down the road who doesn't hire based on affirmative action and the customer service is quick and helpful. Really obvious.

Well that's anecdotal, and it sounds very much like confirmation bias. There can be many reason that other place has bad service, but you single out to the idea that its because they hire based on diversity. It's a huge leap, and you only make it because it serves to validate youre beliefs.

This isn't based on my bias, it's based on the government definition of Affirmative action and my experience with two like companies with different hiring procedures.

One company hires a person based on diversity. They do not require this person has the ability to move quickly. The other hires several different skin colors based on the ability to work quickly. How is that a huge leap to validate my beliefs?

According to the government definition of Affirmative action, Affirmative action hires based on race and sex, NOT ability. That is a fact. That is what validates my beliefs.
