Well, I'm definitely not one of them (Gen Z here). What the fuck? And it's probably only going to get worse from here on out

EDIT: actually want to explain my viewpoint a bit more, was on the phone when I typed this comment and writing long texts there is a pain in the ass

So obviously this whole thing is supposed to reduce discrimination. But instead it replaces it with discrimination against another part of the population, which in this case isn't bound to something like education, and instead factors like skin color, country of origin, etc. And this is in my opinion even worse, since there's no solution for this at all (well, except for abolishing it), as opposed to the ability factor, which can be solved in other ways. Since obviously, the only one that this actually benefits, are, well, the minorities. Not the companies (who basically decide to intentionally choose the worse candidate over a better one), or the people with a good education who are getting their application declined because of factors that they can't control.

I think our world is run by an oligarchy, and I'm not sure 'business' is looked at the same way as them. I think they own so much, they can completely manipulate all observations of their affairs=markets/business.

I think they run the world as a plantation; perhaps they're changing demographics for tighter, perhaps easier control.

You nailed it. There should be no racism, we shouldn't be changing racism to a different color. Seriously what are these people thinking?
