Newcomers, undocumented aliens, or whatever term you prefer, should be given a double vote. Also, why not give them extra welfare to help them settle into their new home away from home. Happy Ash Wednesday Nancy. That was my attempt at sarcasm.

I say make new comers wait at least 5 years before acquiring any monetary benefits or voting privileges.
