Body and Mind augmentation for attention, or, and as compared to those who don't have a choice.

I'm curious as to what people think, feel, see, or believe when dealing with modern extreme body and mind augmentation.
Below are three articles, one is of 'they', a person who likes to refer to themselves in the 3rd person plural, but is officially Jareth, the 'agender alien'. Next is a tatted naked chick letting a baby suckle from her teet; while she poses in all sorts of 'art poses'.
After that, is I think a transgender female, but perhaps who knows, as I was only captivated with the idea of their 'large audience base', and young trans that look up to I think, 'her'.

Now take these, think about what they've done to their bodies, and minds, and or their actions via social media forcing themselves to be seen by others; contrast that to the 4th link of the German man who has no limbs, and cannot move on his own.

An interesting note, the Habsbergs were called 'The Cursed', due to their physical deformations. Not that the German man is a Habsberg, or inbred, but my point is, you can see at times, often times the heavy toll of I guess what he'd call, 'touched by god', has caused him. I guarantee, perhaps for lack of better words, the 'freaks', get to choose, while that young German has definitely had the thoughts of, 'I'm a child of a lessor god'... Perhaps, 'what horror have I committed in a previous life', and I'm sure many more.

So, if this ramble has made any sense, have fun looking at the photos, but what is it with self inflicted mutilation, and augmentation that seems to be sweeping across Western Society? Why is it so prevalent? They make a willing spectacle of themselves, while others never had a choice.

I'm curious for thoughts on this subject; my opinion is only on the observation, and any societal implications; good, or bad.

Jerreth sound insufferable and like a complete tool.

Leah is hot as hell and I'd totally fuck. The goal of the photographer is nice and all, but humans will always sexualize eachother. We are driven by it at our core.

The tranny battle is just some dumbass internet drama. Some guy posts a selfie and someone else gets mad, who cares.

All of them in relation to that poor german man? I feel they're all just attention seekers and he's just got a shit lot in life. He's been dealt a very bad hand and has to face reality every day. The rest of them are either misguided or full of themselves.
