The initial issue down there, was something along the lines of 60% of fuel sent through some petroleum pipelines was being stolen; so shut the pipelines down, and truck it.
Now, they're uparmoring their big rigs, and running fuel via truck, with armed guards now. It's regular mad max stuff.
From there, where are they selling this hijacked fuel???? I've got a friend living down there, and his next door neighbor is a cartel fueling station apparently. They've got around 7 ibc totes loaded with fuel for sale in their home.
Yeah, my friend said it makes him really paranoid because if there was any sort of accidental explosion, he thinks it would impact him as well. But the neighbors see only money, and the cartels insure the operation stays in business.
