I'd rather say imminent domain.

"nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation" Big difference between SEIZING someones property because you don't like what they do with it, and imminent domain. Not that you will ever have your own property to ever know what it feels like, right? Because only socialist governments should own property right?

Sir, if choose to believe the simplistic bile you spout, you are indeed free to do so. However you betray your ignorance with regard to socialism, which vary from the Venezuela model to the Norway model and all shades in-between so to which model do you refer too? For the record I know some one was subject to an eminent domain order ( here in the UK ) and received less than 1/3 of the market value, compensation my a***!

I guess we could use your model for example. Gotta love that socialism!
