From what I understand, even though Trump signed us out of the Paris Accords, his signature only represents our intent to leave in 3 years; apparently once signed into the agreement, any desire out, demands a 3 year wait. Meaning, we're very much in, and this explains why the Dems are moving ahead with 'meeting their agreements to such document'.

It really smells like the bankers are the ones who run the show; as this crap is moving forward..... Look at what it's bring Paris!!!
