No surprise there.

Let's not forget that for decades the US would send senior central american military officials to the School of the Americas for instruction on how to train and command Central American Death Squads.

The United States of America is a former slaver nation. Some of the most hideous crimes in all of human history were committed on this soil.

  • Genocide of the Native Americans (not one singular genocide, but the annihilation of hundreds of individual Nations across an entire continent
  • This went on from 1776 to roughly 1900 under the direct orders of the commander and chief (not exactly a noble action)
  • Slavers and slavery genocide of an estimated 100 million africans on the slaver ships alone
