I looked this up, as I've never heard of using Narcan for just a regular heart attack. You don't use it, you don't violently shake the non-breating person while screaming at them to wake up.

No offense to cops, but we're all being trained to comply at all turns, and the facts are, just because you've got a uniform doesn't make you wise, or knowing.

Not to mention, why are police officers administering drugs?!?! This is absolutley horrifying and they are not qualified (clearly) to diagnose and treat people! Combine this with all the LEOs who are being trained to do (illegal!) blood tests in the field....I'm afraid we've gone too far over the fascist police state line now :/

Absolutely agree! Horrifying indeed. They are trained to kill revenue enforcement agents for the state, why are they giving meds to anyone?
