This is totally true in France : we haven't access to weapons, only criminals and police have them. France is more and more a failing state that can't assume the security of its population and territory. This means than more and more parts of the territory is under the control of north-africans/blacks gangs. The police can't regain control and we the population cannot do anything to protect ourselves.

Hey, thanks for chiming in, much appreciated. There's a german on youtube, Jorge Sprave of the, "Slingshot Channel", he does a lot of improvised home protection devices like multi shot bows; I'd recommend him for anyone in your area wanting to be able to defend themselves.
