Retired computer engineer here. I refuse to order food on my phone. I refuse to use a kiosk to order my food. I refuse to use an iPad to order in a restaurant. If you can't have a real person take my order I'm not spending my money with you. I dine out for an experience with my family, not to help you cut out an employee or two.
