A psycho can use a car to run over people on the sidewalk, but it doesn't mean cars should be illegal.

A psycho can use YouTube-DL to download Justin Timberlake (as in their example), but it doesn't mean it should be illegal.

Other YouTube channels have encouraged their content to be downloaded, reuploaded, and shared - yet YouTube does not provide options for this.
