People who speak like that sound silly & to try & normalize it is also silly. No one needs to speka like that or worry about putting exclamation points after everything to make someone else feel ok. It's snowflake stuff & this article attempts to normalize this way of interacting which to me is an issue. Above all I think it's a waste of time & energy.
