In simple political terms, this means avoiding political mediation - i.e. rather than relying on politicians and state structures outside of your immediate spaces to resolve your problems, you do it yourselves with those you have affinity with. It is a DIY ethic, and a do-it-ourselves ethic.

Like The Beer Hall Putsch? (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beer_Hall_Putsch) [I only got the nazis in because the article does.]

An ethic is:

  • A set of principles of right conduct.

  • A theory or a system of moral values: "An ethic of service is at war with a craving for gain” ( Gregg Easter brook).

  • The study of the general nature of morals and of the specific moral choices to be made by a person; moral philosophy.

Isn't anarchism by default depleted of morals (the anarchists obviously have at least some, not calling anarchists amoral or anything). Meaning the above definitions (for example 'the right way' isn't something) have no bearing in relation to anarchism?

Edit: Conclusion: Ethic might not be the right word.
