This is why I find federated and decentralized social media so confusing. It's a bit much. I can find my way around a website like this, or a discussion forum, but I can't do all of these separate servers. It's confusing as heck, and just makes me balk. We also need more options for social media that are anonymous. Username and password only. No email linking, no 2fa.

Decentralize all the things, but do so in a user-friendly fashion so the lazy convenience whores won't whine.
