Mr. Silver documented a 100% Biden vote dump without batting his eye.

Even Russian fake referendums were only 99% yes. Even Kim-Jong-Il didn't receive 100% of the vote (Worker's party of Korea received 99,99% of vote in 2019 election.

Only president to get 100% was ironically Saddam Hussein of Iraq who got 11 million votes in 2002 Iraqi presidential elections.
