Why everybody should Leave Twitter: because what’s happened there to Trump could easily happen to you, too

Already has occurred, I'm on like account number 5ish. Once, I posted some sweet [redacted] buns, clothed, and the bastards expelled me. The buns were so delicate, so plump.

I joined just to like jkRowling’s account after a bunch of men got mad at her for talking about people other than themselves.

Twitter is just going to become another myspace at this point, it can’t keep afloat by banning half the population and 60% of who’s left(I mean right).

ive been banned many times, i always make new accounts, its our duty to spread awareness and the truth

My issue is that twitter often gets the news out fastest.

I know this is partly due to my internet/ learning addiction, wanting all the info I can get even if it's useless to me, but also it has been actually useful. When I was stuck in London on 7/7 twitter was one of the few places you could get the facts of what was going on while the government influenced BBC was still reporting it as electrical faults for 5 hours. I think it still has that potential because even when they shut the truth down it takes them some time so you still have the immediacy of info you might need and screen grabs they can't get rid of.

Maybe I'll cut back. I'll certainly stop posting and giving them content.

Never really joined. I had an account I made back in 2009 because professors acted like we should have one, but I couldn't get into it.

edit: So I just logged into my 11 year old account. Apparently Barack Obama follows me on twitter.
