We have open handgun carry laws so we don't have this problem.

I hold an "Enhanced" Handgun Carry Permit. One of our idiot state senators tried to pass a state law declaring "Enhanced" Handgun Carry Permit holders as law enforcement. It failed to even make it to the floor. Fuck that. I signed up for a HCP, not being forced to be a cop. Of course this is the South.
