Looks like he's from the Indian Sub-continent to me so he's probably Tamil. That is one ornate garden gnome. Wonder why he hasn't beeen stolen yet.

It's at a Walgreens in Raleigh. It hasn't been stolen because this is the South, not some West Coast shithole.
