If you ask Jews (and I saw a very interesting set of YouTube videos of a gent asking the same questions to Jews, Muslims, and Christians living in Israel), heritage is based on the bloodline of the mother. You can convert to Judaism, but that's problematic when it comes to are you really a Jew or not.

The Nazis contended it was a race and likened them to vermin, so in that case, yes, they're racist. Having said that, wouldn't Whoopi be a racist? By assuming that there are no distinctions between white people?

Flip the script and use a black group of people who are bigoted against specifically Jews. Are they racist or just bigoted against a very specific sub-group of white people?
