Because anyone knows if you hire someone who even mentions pronouns in the interview or on their resume (who needs to fucking know this for a job?), that person will 100% have an HR issue with someone and it will likely be with their manager because they're forced to engage with them the most, and it will also 100% be about pronouns. Who needs that shit?
Ironically, most of the managers (or even just people past a certain level) will have their pronouns listed in their profiles on the company directory.
