Leet, L33t (or 3leet or l33z) is short for Elite. It is short for l33t sp33k (Elite Speak/Elite Speech). Its a type of Internet dialect. You replace letters with numbers and symbols.

For example: Open in a new window becomes "0p3n £1n|{$ 1n 4 n3w w1nÐ0w", Preferences becomes "pr3ƒ3r3n(3$".

This is low level leet speak though. Uber pro's like me //|_||) 5p34|< liek t|-|15

Basically you can help by going to your user preferences, and selecting your desired language. Then anytime there is a missing translation, you can generate the translation and send it to us and we can fix it in the language packs.
