Usually how canaries work. Is, you post a new canary, if the old one died. Similar to the "there have been zero accidents in 00 days" sign. The fact that we are on Canary #19, usually implies, they have reset the clock 18 times. Or to say what an Admin can explicitly not say, "There have been a minimum of 18 requests since the first canary was posted."
