We've taken a lot of steps to protect SaidIt including having the minimum possible budget and hosting it with a privacy respecting country. We can also hop hosts within 24 hours.

Long term though, we hope to make most of the site content available as a download. Then anyone can fire up a new site.

The real solution tho is federated reddit. Someday that will be available.

thats awfully amazing of you and your engineers to think that far ahead. you got a twitter or anything? I feel bad for not seeing this till now.
