Yes. Go to Imgur.com and press the 'New Post' button at the top of the page, then you will be able to post. See the circled and highlighted part in this picture: https://files.catbox.moe/z401r4.PNG. You can also upload to catbox.moe and anonfile.com by simply clicking the 'Upload' button they have.
