From my perspective "Doing your part" would mainly consist of reporting activity that violates the policies of Saidit, and refusing to participate in obvious bait topics and threads.

In my opinion "doing your part" would simply mean posting things from more than one perspective or angle and avoiding all forms of extremism.

on this site, yes, you do need to be explicit. You need to define your terms, explain them, not rely on circle jerk trends to enforce some evolving dogma, but actually bring it into the light, discuss it. Perhaps be wrong.
