Suggested edit: add under "What's Not Allowed", as new bullet #1, "as stated above, any and all dragging discussion downward on the pyramid of debate, as determined by saidit admins."

This adds clarity and emphasis that dragging the discussion down is as explicitly and completely forbidden as any of the other forbidden content. As written now, it can look like it's a mostly un-enforced cultural ideal if one is skimming, as I was.
