I think there is not a way to block a user yet but the software is still being worked on. Ask d3r3. I forgot his complete name but he's often in the chat window. He's the software guy for Saidit so maybe he can implement it. Or you can message Magnora7, Tom_Bombadil, or useless_aether and I'm sure they'll get back to you.

What is blocking a sub? Isn't that just "unsubscribe"?

Even if you're not subscribed to a sub it can still show up in HOT or NEW, so you can block anything submitted to that sub.

That's a good point... Blocking a sub will be for stuff in /s/all or /s/home which is not subscription based.

Curious, what software are u guys using for this? I just figured someone whipped up a clone design of reddit. Is there a framework for making reddit-like sites?

This is Reddit's own code from 2015 or so. Every other Reddit alternative is using a different code base.

So one could make a site with this codebase, or there are 2-3 others. The Raddle code is called postmill and poal and phuks codebase is called Throat.

"phuks codebase is called Throat"

First of all reading that made me laughed. Also didn't know about Phuks.

Those kinds of things are things you could post in GitHub Issues for the community to work on. Heck, you could manage everything in GitHub Issues, using a separate, private repository for security vulnerabilities and migrating issues to the public repo once they're sorted / no longer confidential.

That's a good idea man, I can at least post issues for everything we've said we're gonna do. Alright I'll do it.
