For someone who can't reproduce due to extreme variation in sexual development, sex is barely relevant.

So someone can be neither male nor female, but so long as it's barely relevant to you?

Do you know how to read? I said "people with CAIS are closer to having no sex than they are to being female (by your obnoxious "sex is a spectrum!!!" "logic"), in response to your argument that they're females. They're still male. This was back when you thought people with CAIS had uteruses, remember?
