Am I automatically subscribed to new subs when they are made?

Redundancy is unavoidable in a federated sub system like saidit has. You can delete your duplicate sub if you really want though lol. It's okay either way

I'd like to del it but would like the 2 posts moved first. Is that a thing? Is it possible?

Nope, sorry. However you can post a link to the correct sub, then lock the sub so no one can post or subscribe anymore though, thus preserving the existing posts and helping to forward users to the correct place. That's the typical solution for stuff like this in my experience
