Saidit.net — December 31, 2018 — Updates and improvements to saidit app

We just pushed an update to the app store for the saidit app. (Available here)

It fixes these issues users had:

  • comment context and permalink buttons broken ("go to comment" "context") (there was a hardcoded "t3_" that I didn't notice)

  • Gfycat links load in the internal browser instead of the image viewer (fixed with RedReader upgrade)

Updated to the latest RedReader, version 1.9.9 so these changes are in there too: https://github.com/QuantumBadger/RedReader/releases

They finally accepted the app update after a little hiccup. You should now be able to get the updated version.

Damnit we got flagged... maybe the store listing being flagged is preventing the new version from being released, or maybe it's unrelated.

Google is taking their time rolling it out, I'm not sure when it will happen. It's all uploaded and released on our end. We're also waiting for fdroid to accept our project too.

If you want a standalone APK we can post that. (cc /u/magnora7)

Thanks for the translations. You'll have to re-check your bugs, hopefully some of them are solved.
