Tone policing is probably more accurate and contemporary but I suppose it would fall under the pilpul umbrella.

Thank you. I'm not angry, I do not hate (them, anybody) but I am very interested in understanding. I can now see how disingenuous manipulation of syntax and semantics are exploited by the special people to cover wrong-doing and twist responsibility back onto the wrong parties.
