Cool, I'm on board with this. I'm planning to mostly remove spam and bots, by the way. (Or rules 2-4, although I hardly encounter those.)

Nice. I think we've got enough for this round, we've got 10 total. In a couple months when a few drop out we'll probably do another round of looking for content admins, so I'll be in touch then.
