"Don't lecture me.

Don't peddle the lie that we have to vote or else forgo our voice. I hate reading your lies. People who don't vote have every right to speak on the political process of their country. And, as other users have stated, there are far more successful methods for changing a corrupt government than by voting in their co-opted events.

there are far more successful methods for changing a corrupt government than by voting

And when those methods have been used, many have died and/or were subjugated by the authoritarians. I recommend a history text. If you don't believe in democracy, you are doing the work of the authoritarians. You're essentially a traitor to the 99% (if you don't vote; as this ONLY benefits the 1%).

You think I'm talking about armed rebellion, and it shows your thought process.

You should approach me in a different way. I do believe in democracy, and I can recognize when we don't have one

I do believe in democracy

Excellent (as this involves voting and, especially, supporting canditates who will replace some of the assholes who are currently in office)

You don't believe in any of my experiences, but I've seen how big money will corrupt even the smallest of local elections. Please, realize that you are wrong. You don't have to believe everything I say, but you need to realize that Democrats and Republicans are being backed by people who are worse than the Mob. They won't beat you up: they will legally shut your business down or run you out of town with legal pressure. They use laws to get their way. You can't vote it out, because they've bought it out.

I don't stalk you. I read through all comments to look for very specific users, and you are not one of them. However, sometimes I see you making the same stupid argument about not voting, and I realize others need to hear my views on the subject.

If you do not vote on purpose, it is a vote of no confidence. You are saying that no offered candidate is worthy of support. Socks, you believe the Democrats are worthy of support.

You are as bungled as the Republicans you have so many issues with and yet will deny this simple fact as if your very life depended on it. If you are lying about yourself and you really have others views than the ones you so earnestly repeat, then you should come out and say so. If you are honest, then you'd realize that democratic societies have two options when election day comes around: 1. Vote. 2. NOT VOTE.
