He's not a bot. His previous account was /u/Panzerfaust and before that he was /u/realpanzer. Under both of those accounts, he also mostly posted links, but there was the occasional interaction that confirmed he's a human. I PM'd with him under his current account and that also showed him to be a human. He also posted conspiracy related material a couple of times.

He doesn't act like any type of adversary and doesn't want anything from any of us.

That being said, he said he's busy, so the question is whether or not he will accept it to begin with.

okay thanks. Yeah, I have posted to him in the past and he has never, ever written back to me. So, I found that weird.
