Nice. I disagreed with TAM's decision but the attacks on her were just abhorrent. However, to scour past PMs to dig up dirt and try to frame JC is a bit malicious and not proper admin behaviour. As for the allegations, I'm not going to go there but I don't believe any crime has been committed.

Perhaps in a not-so-distant future when everything has been censored and purged from the Web, we'll reminisce about the old Saidit, smile and shed a gin-soaked tear thinking about those past shit storms and how good we had it. Maybe.

I'm not an admin. With the recent outages and M7 missing and unresponsive, it's fair to assume Saidit's future is uncertain. But it's more than suspicious that the attacks on TAM, the allegations against another user and the site going down occur during the same time frame. You and u/node might be right.

TAMs attack on me happened less than 12 hours before the first outage in this ongoing series. Not sure what you think I might be right about, but you should put me in the "not a fan of TAM" category.

You might be right about TAM going to the web hosting company or authorities with potential "illegal" content on Saidit although there's no way of knowing for sure. Why is the site back up a mere two days after being down? But yeah, Tam has rubbed a lot of users the wrong way.

I don't know what happened these second two times, but the first time:

TAM linked a number of my comments, claiming they were violent death threats that were against the TOS of the host company, AND illegal federal felonies. (Ex. Trannies should be shot - this is an opinion, not a violent death threat.)

He further claimed in his comment that saidit commonly tolerates violations of the TOS of the host, and doesn't care about illegal death threats being posted. This was posted as an official admin of saidit...

I made a WTF post about it, and the Loki88 guy said he notified the host about the claims/admissions being made by a customer. Saidit was offline before I turned my computer on the next morning.

Hell of a coincidence if that was actually because a card stopped working on that day after 3 years of working fine.

Oh, forgot to mention, he also mused in that comment about calling the FBI to investigate "all the illegal activity that saidit is enabling". If someone at the host company read TAMs admin comment in the link from Loki88, how thrilled do you think they were?

Pepperidge Farms remembers. Opinions should not be misconstrued as facts. Although not everyone is able to make that discernment which is why I always err on the side of caution.
