      You're censoring an active and beloved user on this website and you're saying that I am stirring the pot as usual, because I am from s/debatealtright, a sub that the admins have REMOVED from s/all despite us following all rules.

      Yea, it is not me who is stirring up the pot. It is YOU. I am telling you to fix your shitty decisions and unban Jason. Most users on this site can vouch for that. And while we are at it, and you mention s/dar, why don't you approve us on s/all? We are following all the rules.

I am starting a discussion with the rest of the users on this site about the admin decisions lately.

      You "not buying it" is not good enough.

      Jason is liked and active, and you permabanning him to help what most people consider an obvious shill is simply poor decision making.

      If you are not happy about Jason making an alternative to saidit, and that's why you want to ban him, then consider why people want an alternative to your censorious website? Consider why people went from reddit to here.

      As with everything here in life, it starts with introspection and you have some introspection to do here. Is everyone in the wrong? Or did you maybe make a bad decision? It takes a big man to admit a mistake. Do you have that in you? Or is the reason you sided with socks, because you have a victim personality and his reasoning and manners spoke to you in a way that you liked? He made you feel good, right? Compared to Jason who didn't think you were above him, but thought of you as an equal, perhaps he even dared to EXPECT something of you? A lowly peasant? How fucking dare he, am I right?

      Start looking inward and you might find that the truth hurts and that it's easier to get along with liars and snakes. You decide who you want to surround yourself with. Those of us that will tell you when you make a mistake and be honest with you, or those that kiss your feet until they get the chance to stab you in the back.

        I wrote a longer post. I don't know if you saw that one or can still see it. I decided to delete it.

        I will simply appeal to your better self, and hope that you will allow Jason back on, considering most users here like him and that saidit is a small site, and that you don't want him gone either. I think he is in a bad spot lately, but he is good hearted and does not deserve this. Even if I disagree with him politically.

        Consider giving him a 1 week ban instead of a permanent ban. I think the users on saidit would appreciate you for it.

        If I may "refute the central point" of each sentence: it's equally impressive and sad that every sentence here is false. It would take 30 or 40 minutes to properly respond to each sentence, noting why it is wrong, and in some cases providing evidence for why it is wrong. This is why virtually no one would want to be an administrator at Saidit. There is a lot of this kind of reasoning, bound up with a lot of hostility and self-rightousness, as if there are absolutely no alternatives to your way of thinking. But as we do at Saidit: say your truth. Know however that your truth is not the truth of some others and those who disagree with you should not be called shills and other names. (edit: a word)

              An interesting point, that's been discussed. I've previously thought this, but the arrangement - I think initially between /u/d3rr and M7 - was to allow for free speech, warts and all (eg. without downvotes). I now think the site is mainly in need of support for the admins.

              The pyramid of discussion rules are broken on the daily by shills, trolls and low effort posters but they are not getting banned. The quality of this site is in decline and people like you, Carson and co. are the only reason I'm still here.

              Tam is a problematic mod. Getting into arguments, victim complex and not cleaning the site from garbage bots and trolls. It has always excuses when it comes to the latter, pointing out the absence of Mag7 but always has the energy to argue with other saiditers.
