    He does enjoy shitposting, but he gave you a genuine response. The thread had nothing but stuff about vaccines intermixed with posts about site drama and looked clusterfucky and hard to follow yesterday, so it's possible that he just replied to the wrong post with a valid reply to one of your other points.
