Presently, the top 10 posts on the front page are populated by spam posts by a bot, having an equal number of votes on all of them. There has to be a solution to this annoying problem.

Simple.
1. Send in a hit squad. (Might be illegal in the US.
2. Increase the censorship from black-listing to white-listing.
(This means that a trusted group of moderators need to do more work).

Better:

  1. SaidIt admins swat and filter the STABs.
  2. Second site and/or federated network is invite only.
  3. Sync invited users' content across both/all sites.
