ad and spam removal is fine. JC's recent post got [removed]. not sure why, it certainly wasn't spam although it may not have painted the current site culture in a good light

Oh I agree, I am not siding with a heavy-handed moderation style. I try to stay away from internal politics but right now it has become too disruptive even for me.
