The reason we should not allow tranny mods is because transgenderism is a mental illness. It requires a false belief so central to a person's identity that reality vanishes.

That level of self-delusion is central to the person's identity, a fundamental part of their psyche. On any subject, the tranny will embrace false beliefs that support their identity (the good guy, the wronged guy, the caring mod, whatever the fuck it is) and create whatever tortuous mental constructs that are required to support that belief.
