Also the voat page won't load, says "service unavailable".

Did they already pull the plug on voat several days early? Was supposed to be the 25th, not the 22nd with just 1 day warning lol

Hm probably like 1 GB if it was just the text and comments. If it had all the thumbnails and stuff, probably 10s of GBs. But from the perspective of the voat server it's got to load basically every page on the entire website.

Also there's probably like 50 people all trying to spider the whole website at once like this so it'll probably be unusable like this until it shuts down on the 25th

    I found this place much later than Voat. Don't you think I'm cool? JK.

    I am a news junkie and I really liked the quick rotation of the news the MSM suppresses. There was a lot of disinformation and even misinformation on there I had to filter through, though. And so many people blaming all of the worlds problems on "the Jews", not to mention the racist posts and comments against non "whites". It was enough to put me in a bad mental state sometimes. I'm appreciative that, while this is a free speech platform, there are still some rules. Thank you for creating this site for us to use.
